I collect tea sets and cake stands and my husband Rob will tell you i have far to many of both! ​I love visiting Farmers Markets and purchasing locally sourced products, and my happy place is in my cake studio coming up with new exciting flavours for my family to taste test.

My friends call me the Warrior woman on account of the fact that I set up and delivered a wedding cake less than 24 hours after giving Birth, to my son, when he made an earlier than expected appearance!
  but I believe that when you trust me to make your wedding cake, you deserve to know that I will not let you down.
Its an amazing feeling getting to do something everyday that you love and when I step back and look at something that I have put my heart and soul into creating I feel like I have truly accomplished something amazing!
