We only use the finest and freshest locally sourced organic ingredients, organic butter locally milled flour; free-range eggs; Fairtrade, top quality sugars and natural extracts. we use grade A seeds of premium Madagascan vanilla pods in our vanilla bean sponge and any of our chocolate recipes will only be used from the finest couverture chocolate Our Jams, curds and coulis are all made in our Studio in Braintree.
