If the design of my cakes is a creation of my mind then the flavour is my heart and soul!. I have so much passion for the flavours of my cakes and this is why all of the ingredients used in them are sourced as locally as possible and are organic. The eggs are sourced from the local farm shop and are free range, the flour is from the local Marriages millers found in Chelmsford, only real butter is used in and all of the flavours used in our cakes are obtained using fresh fruit, homemade curds and jams. I am as devoted to the flavour of my cakes as I am the look and that's why When I am not creating I can often be found visiting local pick your own produce, farmers markets and suppliers in order to obtain the most freshed locally sourced products to go into your cake. in fact one of my favourite suppliers is 5 minutes from my house that is how local the produce is!
